Scan InconclusiveThe scan of your computer was inconclusive. Scanning may be inconclusive if your computer system is protected by a firewall or port 135 is closed. Because your computer may still be vulnerable or may already be infected, be sure to check that your Windows system has the most current updates and security patches, and ensure that you have installed an antivirus utility. Windows updates and security patches are available for download via the Microsoft Windows Update Web site. If you do not have up-to-date antivirus software, Norton AntiVirus is available on the UC Davis Internet Tools CD. The CD is available for $4.50 at the UCD Bookstore Computer Shop.
